Millat Foundation is committed to transparency and accountability in all donations received.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which donations made to our organization may be refunded.
1. Nature of Donations
All donations made to Millat Foundation are voluntary contributions towards our charitable initiatives, including:
- Medical support
- Educational programs
- Hunger relief and food distribution
- Other humanitarian activities
Once a donation is made, it is generally non-refundable, as the funds are immediately allocated towards our ongoing projects.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate donation transactions
- Incorrect donation amount entered due to technical error
- Unauthorized or fraudulent transaction (subject to verification)
All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
3. Refund Request Timeline
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date
- Requests received after this period may not be eligible for a refund

5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
- The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during donation
- Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
All payments are securely processed via Razorpay.
6. Cancellation Policy
Once a donation is successfully made, it cannot be canceled. However, eligible refund requests (as mentioned above) may still be considered.
7. Disputes
If you believe a transaction was made without your consent, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the matter in coordination with Razorpay and relevant authorities if required.

Millat Foundation reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
